Over 12 years, their turnover grew to over £80m, from four to 1800 employees.
With a strong, authentic, values-led culture, they placed 7th overall in The UK Times Top 100 Best Companies, achieving many other awards and accolades. Pre-pandemic labour turnover ran at less than 10%.
With constant delivery of their brand promises, Lexington have consistently enjoyed an enviable reputation in the marketplace. In 2014 they were acquired by Elior Group, one of the world’s leading operators in contract catering and support services.
We’ve worked, and continue to work with Lexington, on culture, people strategy, employer brand and leadership through consultancy, development, and coaching. They also use our technology to keep everything in place and evolving which provides key metrics to inform future strategy.
