Ahead of their time in many ways, they set out to put people and sustainability at the heart of their business and brought in Purple Cubed to help from day one. Over 12 years, their turnover grew to over £80m, from four to 1800 employees.

With a strong, authentic, values-led culture, they placed 7th overall in The UK Times Top 100 Best Companies, achieving many other awards and accolades. Pre-pandemic labour turnover ran at less than 10%.

With constant delivery of their brand promises, Lexington have consistently enjoyed an enviable reputation in the marketplace. In 2014 they were acquired by Elior Group, one of the world’s leading operators in contract catering and support services.
