“I would wholeheartedly recommend Jane and Jo to any organisation looking to put people and engagement at the heart of what they do. They supported us in achieving truly outstanding results, which have been clearly recognised by achieving the IIP Gold standard accreditation, given to only the top 1% of certified organisations.”
Estelle Burns, Director of Change
Westway Trust
This UK pioneer social enterprise manages 23 acres of land underneath the Westway flyover in London’s North Kensington. The not-for-profit works with over 60 member organisations ranging from community groups and residents’ associations to schools and sports clubs, and other local groups. Their brief was to unite their team to support and drive an ambitious 2030 vision of organisational growth within a highly competitive market. For us, this involved involving and enthusing the team via a clear people strategy, effective team dynamics and communication. We also helped create highly engaged ‘leaders at all levels’ who could ensure team members felt valued, enabled and with the tools and know-how to confidently execute the plan.
Starting with a diagnostic, including a bespoke digital survey, we were able to help Westway define and embed clear organisational values, provide facilitation, tools and knowledge to enable social learning and facilitate personal goal setting, action planning and improved capability and confidence through a coaching programme.
As a result, Westway were able to advance their plan, in the process achieving the prestigious Mayor of London’s Heathy Workplace Charter, greatly enhanced engagement metrics and an 8% decrease in attrition.
